The Province of Saint Joseph was founded, at first, dependent of the Saint Cross Province, in Brazil, in 1959. Later, in 1970, was transformed in Vice-Province of Saint Joseph, and finally, in 1979, was recognized as Province of Saint Joseph.

Its houses are placed in the Federal District and in Goiás, Tocantins, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro stares. The General Office is in Goiânia, the capital of Goiás state.

The Province has Parishes, Seminaries and a Gym.
